Villa Elionas is situated in the ‘green belt’ of Lefkada town in a very secluded and peaceful environment, yet only 2 km away from the famous Ag. Giannis beach with its windmills and only 2 km away from Lefkada town centre.

It is located just 20 km from Aktio-Preveza international airport, 3 km from Lefkada Marina and it is only a few hundred meters away from the road that leads visitors to the island’s stunning west coast (i.e. Ag. Nikitas 10km, Kathisma, Egremni, nested in the olive groves Porto Katsiki beaches).

The location of the property is ideal for holiday activities such as hiking, horse-riding, wind and kite surfing (only 2km away). We are happy to arrange these for our guests.

Villa Elionas was built in 2016 and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

More specifically, we offer our guests

– 4 large bedrooms with lovely views over the olive groves. One offers a double bed and 3 offer twin-beds
– Three of the bedrooms offer comfortable balconies
– 2 family size bathrooms (with bath tubs and shower attachments). One en-suite

– Open plan kitchen- dining area (for 8 people).
– The kitchen has a cozy breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all desirable amenities
– Comfortable sitting room with a fireplace and a 42–inch smart TV
– Store room with washing machine
– All rooms are air-conditioned

OUTSIDE SPACE
Villa Elionas’ outdoor space offers unforgettable enjoyment for the whole family!Our villa’s external area offers its guests a spacious outdoor sitting area, private pool and the possibility to enjoy nature, in a quiet and secluded environment whilst and tochildren the chance to play and ride their bikes in a protected space.Specifically, it provides its guests with two comfortable, spacious and shaded verandas with sitting/dining facilities and a barbecue.

Its guests can also relax around the private pool nested in the olive groves and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers.

In addition, for children we offer a big wooden treehouse, tree -suspended hammocκ, rings and swing, toys, basketball and ample space for bike riding.
